WHO WE ARE… OUR MISSION… STANDING IN THE GAP… |
lost sheep (Luke 15:4), CERT concentrates its relief efforts to those without help. |
DEDICATED TO … maintaining and building relationships to further the Kingdom. Our goal is to assist community and church leaders, not overshadow them. CERT is committed to consistent follow-up, training and teaching. It is not so important what happens while we are there, but more so what happens after we leave. Our greatest responsibility is to the King of Kings; by helping young Christians mature we are fulfilling the Great Commission by making disciples of all nations. |

WHAT WE DO … |

WHY WE DO IT … Poverty is not a choice: 70 % of the worlds 6.4 billion people are very poor. 3 billion people live on less than two dollars a day. 1.3 billion live on less than one dollar per day. 35% will go to bed hungry tonight. 790 million are chronically undernourished. We live in a world in need: 3 billion people have no access to sanitation. 2 billion people have no access to electricity. Environmental diseases kill 5 million children a year. 12% of the world’s population uses 85% of its water and this 12% does not live in a third world. America is a blessed nation: Only 6% of the world’s people live in America, while 92% of Christian funds are spent in America. Undeveloped nations are left with only 8% of available funds to support them. |

HOW WE DO IT … Connect willing servants to needy people. Acquire donations and contributions. Partner with local churches and Para-church organizations. Recruit physicians, dentists, nurses, medical assistants, paramedics, pastors and lay people with servant's hearts. WHERE WE SERVE … The remote areas of Peru, New Guinea, Honduras, The Philippians. Thailand, Malawi, Swaziland, Mozambique, Ghana, Nicaragua, China, Afghanistan, El Salvador, Romania, Russia, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Kurdistan, Nepal, Albania, and Bosnia/Croatia have experienced our relief. The governments of Brazil, Argentina, Siberia, Armenia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and The Congo have heard of CERT’s extraordinary works and are pleading for our presence. Depressed areas of North America are receiving providential care from CERT on a regular basis. |
